About Us

“To be is to interbe. You cannot be by yourself alone. You have to inter-be with every other thing”.

Daniel Christian Wahl

We are a living network of individuals and organisations who are working in harmony with Life. We welcome community members from all walks of life. Our affiliated projects traverse fields as diverse as education, science and research, the arts, supply chain management, community development, agriculture, consulting and more.

“The essential challenge is to transform the isolation and self-interest within our communities into connectedness and caring for the whole”.

Peter Block

Our ecosystem of activations grow from a whole-systems-design vision which leverages cross-sectoral potentials by recognising and celebrating our interconnectedness.

In this way RCW is exploring new pathways for our communities’ thriving. The truth is, our vision is really just a compass, and not a roadmap. Together we can find the way that stems from our true needs, and therefore our most vital opportunities. Will you join us?

OUR BOTTOM LINE : CELEBRATE > INNOVATE > COLLABORATE

We celebrate regenerative cultures and thus inclusivity and diversity. We do this through projects and programs that innovate to leverage nodal points for systemic change away from a mechanistic – and towards a regenerative worldview. To that aim we collaborate within our ever expanding networks in order to nurture regenerative cultures on individual and collective levels.

The RCW Core Team

Through a musician ‘s lens came the crystallisation of a vision which serves as a guiding tool for our community as it grows with more and more like-minded individuals and organisations joining and exploring ways to celebrate, innovate and collaborate on seeding nurturing regenerative cultures in our individual-, homestead-, and community lives.

Merike Meiring (aka Meri Kanu/Kenaz) has dedicated her Life’s work to deep inner healing towards the goal of being able to effect meaningful change in the world she see.

In order to create songs one has to know synergy. This skill is perhaps Merike’s most natural one, and it has led to her learning many other skills – i.e. programme development, music and video production, website development, copywriting, voice-over — in order to bring her synergistic visions to life. She wanted to apply these skills towards serving cultural realignment to Nature, and so she set out to learn from world renowned experts in Whole-Systems Thinking, most notably by completing the CAPRA Course (Alumni 2023) and WithLife Fellowship (previously nRhythm and Capital Institute) (Alumni 2024).

“Instead of doing less damage to the environment, it is necessary to learn how we can participate with the environment — using the health of ecological systems as a basis for design. […] The shift from a fragmented worldview to a whole systems mental model is the significant leap our culture must make — framing and understanding living system interrelationships in an integrated way. A place-based approach is one way to achieve this understanding. […] Our role, as designers and stakeholders is to shift our relationship to one that creates a whole system of mutually beneficial relationships.”
